[1] Be punctual

A note about time.

All-you-can-drink is available for 90 minutes, and seating is guaranteed for 2 hours.Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you can start at your reserved time.

Please leave on time as other guests have upcoming reservations.

We cannot delay the start time due to customer delays.Please note that the all-you-can-drink and seating time will start at the appointed time even if the total number of people is not yet met.

[2] Cancellation due to rain

As the beer garden is an outdoor venue, reservations will be cancelled if it rains.

Depending on other reservations on the day, if there are seats available in the restaurant, we may be able to serve grilled meat inside the restaurant.However, please understand that this is not a guarantee.

We will check the weather three days before the event, and if it rains we will contact you by phone to see if we can change the date and time or show you around the store.

[3] Advance payment

When you arrive, you will be asked to pay first before being shown to your seat.

[4] Change in number of people

Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.If the number of people decreases the day before or on the day, a fee may be charged.Please note.
